The people working there is very a very kind and understanding, have a big heart. The room is bright and spacious with new facilities. Building is pretty, everything is clean.

This place is simple and everything was great, the staff is very helpful and super friendly.

This apartment is a relaxing base for staying in Rome. Staff are amicable and understanding, they are doing nice job. A fairly clean flat, has a sofa bed, central heating and an iron with ironing board. The place is right by metro stations, restaurants and attractions, the Historical Centre, and very good restaurants. Four Green Fields with GREAT drinks is 100 m away.

We had a great stay in Rome, just a short walk to Piazza Navona, the closest metro stations, restaurants, and attractions. Enjoyed its exceptionally nice location in the center. Would stay here again.

The interior decoration of the hotel was simply exquisite. The lobby and common areas were elegantly designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the attention to detail and the comfort provided throughout the hotel. The accessibility for senior people was also commendable, with well-maintained elevators and ramps, making it easy for us to navigate around the premises.

I would have liked to see more pillows in the room for additional comfort.

I recently stayed at Morin 10 in Rome for my vacation. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Vatican and other attractions, as well as metro and bus lines. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, scheduling airport shuttles and giving recommendations for dining. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette, and there was a convenient grocery store nearby. a great experience with amazing staff and a perfect location.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. There were stains on the furniture and the bathroom did not seem to be properly cleaned.

Initially, our room had a strong smell due to cleaning supplies and a leaky air conditioner. However, the staff was able to provide us with a different room the next day.

We had an amazing stay at Morin 10 Rome Exclusive Suites. The value for money was excellent and the room was immaculately clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic, with shops, cafes, and restaurants all within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing us with a free map and guiding us about the area.

The food for breakfast could have been better with some salt and sugar provided in the kitchen.
